Interlink is a charity and is the County Voluntary Council for Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), acting as an ‘umbrella’ or ‘hub’ organisation to support volunteers, communities and community and voluntary groups (the Sector).

We believe stronger communities result from building on their existing assets and strengths, empowering individuals, communities and organisations to have an equal voice and to make a difference through community development. The better we understand, respect and value each other, the more we listen the better we will be able to and work together to make a difference, tackle poverty, improve wellbeing and reduce inequality.
